Applicants must be graduates (including GED recipients, home-schooled graduates and current undergraduates) of public high schools in Portland majoring in Music, with a preference for reed instruments. Applicants must particiapte in band or informal music activities. Preference for students at Portland State and Oregon State University, then any other Oregon public (except UO) or nonprofit college.
