This scholarship is for residents and graduates of high schools in Midland County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants who are residents must have been for at least a year. Applicants must be likely to share and act upon Judge Wilson's philosophy that we should “expand the bridge of opportunity” for others, and to “reach back to help those less fortunate to make the same journey."
