Joseph Delibert Memorial Scholarship
Rochester Area Community Foundation
This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Monroe High School in Rochester, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a two- or four-year public college or school, have at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and have good character (integrity, compassion, and commitment). Selection will be based on high academic achievement and financial need.
