This scholarship is for residents of Johnson County, Indiana, who are ten-year members of 4-H. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must exemplify the 4-H motto and plan to enroll full-time at an accredited public or private college, university, or vocational school. Applicants must exhibit good character and commitment to school and leadership.
