John D. Meier Memorial Scholarship

A memorial award honoring John Meier, a graduate of Sycamore High School with many interests including gardening, landscape, wildlife management, and forestry. John was a carpenter who passed away in 2006 from anaphylactic shock as a result of a bee sting. He was the first full organ donor at Kishwaukee Hospital. He would be proud to help students further their education.
