This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from the tri-city area defined as Nekoosa, Port Edwards, or Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be minority students, with preference will be given to Hmong students. Applicants must demonstrate academic performance and be accepted or awaiting acceptance for full-time enrollment at an accredited college, university, or technical college.
