The purpose of the scholarship is to assist needy and deserving graduates of Roosevelt High School in their pursuit of a college education. The scholarship is awarded for one year and is renewable for up to three additional years assuming continued financial need of the recipient and satisfactory academic progress in a degree-granting program.
