This foundation supports Hawaii public high school graduates attending a four-year college or university. Requirements: Be of graduate of a public high school in Hawaii, Attend an accredited four-year college or university on the continental United States, Be an incoming college freshman (undergraduate) attending on a full-time basis, Minimum 3.7 GPA, SAT or ACT Scores required, Two letters of recommendation required, Be a resident of the State of Hawaii.
