Jay Hatcher Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Abilene

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at a Taylor County, Texas, high school who are children of an Abilene police officer. To qualify, applicants must have been enrolled in a Taylor County high school for at least three years and plan to attend an accredited vocational school, junior college, or four-year university in the United States.
