This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from a public, private, or charter school in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll for the first time in an full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, preferably one of the Lackawanna County colleges or universities, of the applicant's choice. Approximately 75% of the recipients chosen will be attending a school in Lackawanna County.
