Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for seniors graduating from public schools in Duluth, Hermantown, or Proctor, Minnesota. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating in the top 5% of their class (with a 3.7 GPA or higher) and intend to study engineering. Scholarships are awarded based on academic record, involvement in community and extracurricular activities, work history, and the quality of the essay on engineering.
