J. Pat Cummings Scholarship

American Academy of Optometry Foundation

This scholarship is for second and third year optometry students who are members of the American Academy of Optometry. Students may not apply directly for this award, but rather, they must be nominated by a financial aid representative at their institution. Consideration will be given to those who demonstrate the ideal eye care standards of practice, academic achievement and participation in extra-curricular activities, and participation in other professional pursuits.
