Iris M. Balthaser Adam Scholarship Fund
Berks County Community Foundation
This fund will provide scholarships to high school seniors who are graduating from a Berks County, Pennsylvania, school district who will be attending Kutztown University and majoring in Elementary Education. Preference will be given to seniors graduating from Hamburg Area High School; however, all applicants who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.
