Howard-Tipton AFL-CIO Scholarship
Community Foundation of Howard County
Established by the Howard-Tipton County Central Labor Council, a portion of the income from this fund is used to provide scholarships for deserving students who are graduating from any Howard or Tipton County High School and who will be attending any accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants may be union members, or have a parent or guardian who is a member of a labor union.
