Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance (EA) Grant​

Current high school seniors and full-time, degree-seeking undergraduates are available for this grant. Applicants and their parents (if they are a dependent student) must be Maryland residents, must be enrolled at a two-year or four-year Maryland college or university as a full-time (12+ credits per semester), degree seeking, undergraduate student, and must demonstrate financial need.
