Homeless Children’s Education Fund
This scholarship is for college-bound students from Allegheny County who have experienced homelessness in their lives. Applicants must submit a resume, transcripts, an essay, two letters of recommendation, and their post-secondary institution acceptance letter with their application. See website for further detail.
