Herb Sheintop Memorial Scholarship

Hartford Foundation for Public Giving

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from public high schools in the City of Hartford, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolling full-time at a four-year college or university. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; rank in the top third of their class with good academic record; and be active volunteers in school, community, and other extracurricular activities.
