Applicants must have been or be employed by the Consolidated Publishing Company, or a child or grandchild of a current or retired employee. Applicants must be high school seniors, graduates from accredited secondary schools, or the recipient of a GED. Preference will be given to those with financial need, discernible academic ability, strong moral character, and recognized school or community service.
