Applicants must be a graduate of Fountain Central High School and must have lived in the Fountain Central High School District for at least 12 months prior to the application. Applicants must be accepted at an accredited college, university, or technical school and must be pursuing a major/career in "Arts" or "Fine Arts. "Arts" or "Fine Arts" are those majors relating to painting/drawing, sculpture, music, poetry, drama/theater, dance, film, and photography. Other majors considered would be those related to fashion design, interior design, graphic design or architecture design. Priority is given to applicants that exhibit financial need.
