Guido's Fresh Marketplace Scholarship

Guido's Fresh Marketplace Scholarship has been established to honor the life of Guido Masiero. A physical education and health teacher for 37 years, he was committed to personal health and well-being. His curiosity and enthusiasm for these subjects was unabated throughout his life. In addition, he was the visionary behind Guido’s Fresh Marketplace, a family business that has operated since 1979 in Berkshire County. Guido's Fresh Marketplace Scholarship Fund was established at Berkshire Taconic in 2006.

This scholarship is for graduating high school students who are residents of Berkshire County who are entering their first year of a two- or four-year college or university to pursue studies in physical education, health and wellness, or business studies.
