Oregon Student Access Commission (OSAC)
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in Oregon. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be the dependent of an employee or retiree of the Oregon Department of Transportation or the Parks and Recreation Department. Employees must have been employed by their department for at least three years by the scholarship deadline.
