George A. Strait Minority Scholarship
American Association of Law Libraries
This endowed scholarship honors the memory of long-time AALL member, and distinguished law librarian George A. Strait. The endowment was established by Thomson Reuters in partnership with AALL. It is awarded annually to college graduates, with library experience, and who are members of a minority group as defined by current U.S. guidelines (62 F.R. 58782), and are degree candidates in an accredited library or law school and intend to have a career in law librarianship.
