Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities

This award is for students with documented learning disabilities, including ADHD, who are 19 years of age or younger. Awards will be given to students who demonstrate initiative, talent, and determination resulting in a notable accomplishment in any field, including art, music, science, math, athletics, or community service. Applicants must be nominated by a parent, teacher, coach, mentor, or themselves.
