Francis E. Gibbons Memorial Scholarship
Bridge Builders Community Foundations
The Gibbons Scholarship was established in memory of Francis E. Gibbons who died in a fire at the Pennzoil Refinery in 1997. Applicants must be graduating seniors at Franklin High School who are attending the Venango Area Vocational Technical School and are studying carpentry. Applicants must be planning to attend a college, technical school or trade school.
