Founding Mother Scholarship

TRENZA

This scholarship is awarded in honor of the Chicana/Latina women who founded TRENZA after recognizing a lack of academic, community, and social support for Chicana/Latinas on the UC Berkeley campus. This scholarship is designed to reward those who, like TRENZA’s founding mothers, encountered a difficult challenge but continued to succeed in their personal and academic endeavors.
