Foster Youth Independence Scholarship

This scholarship is for currently enrolled high school seniors in Washington State who are on track to graduate and plan to attend college in Washington. Applicants must be in an open dependency court order that resulted from intervention by Washington State on their behalf and have been placed in any of the following living situations: family foster care with non-relative adults, kinship care with relatives, or residential/group care.
