This scholarship is for high school seniors attending a public or private high school in Hamburg, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate traits of high personal character and leadership. Applicants may attend any accredited college or university leading to a degree. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
