Awarded to a senior graduating this year from any Ventura County high school enrolling in an accredited 4-year college or university or to a Ventura County community college student transferring to an accredited 4-year college or university. Applicants must be majoring in Education to become a Teacher, in a health-related course or study, or in social sciences. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
