This scholarship is for college juniors and seniors in Minnesota. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be permanent residents of the state of Minnesota, and be attending a Minnesota college or university with a major in elementary education. Preference will be given to permanent residents living within a 25 miles radius of Buffalo Lake and then eligibility will be expanded to include other students from central Minnesota.
