Applicants must be a Great Bend High School graduating senior (or past Ethel D. Holmes Scholarships recipient) who demonstrates financial need, outstanding citizenship and character, at least a 2.0 GPA and attends a Kansas college. Past recipients may apply to renew their scholarship with a 3.0 GPA.
