The purpose of this scholarship is to provide an annual scholarship award to a graduating senior from Bullock Creek High School, Midland High School or H. H. Dow High School who has attended this high school for at least two years. The applicant must have a 3.0 or higher grade point average, display financial need and must attend a state supported four year college or university in Michigan.
