This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in western Pennsylvania. To apply, applicants must submit a project (video, PowerPoint, brochure/booklet, website, essay, or another idea) that discourages underage drinking and distracted driving. See website for additional details.

We were consistently impressed with the creativity, thoughtfulness, and talent of the students who participated."
