E.C. Hallbeck Memorial Scholarship

The E.C. Hallbeck Memorial Scholarship awards scholarships to use toward an undergraduate program. The Hallbeck Scholarship provides financial assistance to one male and one female recipient from each of five regions: Central, Eastern, Northeast, Southern, and Western. Hallbeck Scholarship recipients must attend an accredited college or university, and must maintain a “B” average (or “Pass” if on a “Pass/Fail” system).

Applicants must be a child or grandchild, including stepchild or legally adopted child of an active member, Retirees Department member, or deceased member of the American Postal Workers Union.
