Annual scholarship awarded in honor of Joseph McDonald, to an Indiana resident, preference given to a Wayne County resident. Must be a full or part-time student registered in an accredited college or university, preference given to those with a career goal in human resources, or related fields such as organizational leadership, business administration, or management. Applicant should have financial need and demonstrate academic achievement, a positive contribution to community, college, or work.
