Awarded to Ventura County residents who will graduate from or previously graduated from any Ventura County high school and who are enrolled or will enroll in an accredited public California 4-year college/university (UC or CSU) to pursue an undergraduate degree leading to a career in the teaching profession. Candidates must demonstrate financial need. A preference for applicants majoring in Elementary Education will be given in the selection process.
