Applicants must be a resident within the Southeast Fountain School Corporation or the Covington School Corporation for 12 months prior to the application date and graduate from either Fountain Central High School or Covington High School. Applicants must be accepted as a full-time student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in medicine (medical doctor) or nursing, have a 3.0 or higher cumulative grade point average, and exhibit financial need. Award is for one year with the option to reapply.
