This scholarship is for graduating seniors at New Castle Chrysler High School in New Castle, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in an accredited college or university in a four-year program, and major in education, journalism, or communications. Financial need will be considered.
