This scholarship is for women who are residents or employees of the Albert Gallatin Area School District in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be working toward a second degree or advanced degree in the field of education or a related field, such as physical therapy, speech therapy, or nursing.
