This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Valley High School in Lucasville, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must possess the following: ability to think critically and creatively; loyalty to school, family, and community; a desire to contribute to the community; competitive spirit; commitment to goals; and academic performance.
