Derek Owens Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors (or students who have graduated within one year) residing in the 4th District of the Cleveland Ohio Police Department. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate: academic merit, financial need, and commitment to community service. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit a typed essay of at least 400 words answering the following questions: "What would you do to improve the City of Cleveland or enhance the lives of Cleveland residents?"
