Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore

In order to qualify for the DPGA scholarship, the applicant must be from an Eastern Shore high
school or have graduated from an Eastern Shore high school with the northern boundary being the Capital School District in Dover, DE and the Kent County School District in Maryland and be an active golfer with a handicap.
