Debbie Peregoy Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for seniors and graduates of North Carroll High School in Hampstead, and Carroll County Career and Technical Center in Westminster, Maryland. To qualify, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA, college-worthy SAT scores, and have been accepted at an accredited college or university. Applicants must also be committed to community service and exhibit good character, heart, and work ethic. Candidates may (but are not required to) have a demonstrated interest in a special education career.
