Debbie Holwager Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Debbie Holwager, a teacher at Clinton Young Elementary School in Perry Township. Her husband created this fund to further educate the students from this area.

Applicants must be a high school senior graduating in the upper third of their class, or a previous recipient of this scholarship, and demonstrate good moral character, leadership and diversity of interests.
