Awarded to Ventura County residents who have graduated from or will graduate this year from any high school in Ventura County and who are enrolled or will enroll in a California community college or 4-year university in pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physical Science. Candidates must have a minimum 2.8 GPA.
