To qualify for this scholarship applicant must be a current graduating senior of Ephrata High School who is to be enrolled in any institution of higher learning (technical college, junior college, or four-year university). Applicant must have participated in at least one season of varsity or junior varsity athletics or other extracurricular activity sponsored by Ephrata High School.
