This scholarship is for graduating seniors of a Stateline area high school in Wisconsin or Illinois; current or incoming students at Blackhawk Technical College; and home schooled students (must provide State Department of Public instruction test scores). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be US citizens and demonstrate financial need.
