This scholarship is for students from Hawaii with a minimum 2.0 GPA. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking program at a two-or four-year college institution. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation; one from a teacher or counselor and one from an employer or community organization.
