Dallas L. Winchester Scholarship
Community Foundation of Wabash County
Dallas Winchester, Sr., was Mayor of Wabash from 1984 until 1994. His son, Dallas Winchester, Jr., was a public servant in Milford, Indiana. The scholarship memorialized the lives of these two civic leaders. Selection will be based on demonstrated community service and leadership, in-school leadership and involvement in activities and academics, academic performance and work experience, and financial need.
