This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Baltimore, Ohio, who attended Liberty Union High School for four years. To qualify, students must have at least a 3.5 GPA, ACT score of at least 26, and be in the top 10% of their graduating class. Contact the Liberty Union Guidance Office for application deadline.
