Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County

Madison Consolidated High School graduating seniors attending any accredited four-year college or university to pursue a baccalaureate degree. Applicants must have participated in cross country and/or swimming during high school. This award will be based on academic achievement and participation in community activities. A letter of recommendation from the MCHS Athletic Department will be required.
